BOOKING PROTOCOL
When booking appointments please advise reception if you have any respiratory symptoms (i.e. cold/flu, coughing, runny nose, post-COVID symptoms). If you have respiratory symptoms and want to see a doctor in a face-to-face consultation, you will need to provide a negative RAT test that has been taken just prior to the scheduled appointment and call reception on arrival for further instructions (9447 9711)
